J.K. Rowling - Complete Works - PDF and RTF 1. James Potter Prequel Postcard 2. Harry Potter Series 1-7 Boxed Set ISBN-10: 0545044251 ISBN-13: 978-0545044257 3. Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them ISBN-10: 0439321603 4. Quidditch Through the Ages ISBN-10: 0439321603 5. The Tales of Beedle the Bard (British) ISBN-13: 9780747599876 Special Christmas 2008 release. This torrent replaces and adds to two previous releases:- http://thepiratebay.ee/torrent/4304296/Harry_Potter_1-7_Reference_Quality_eBook_Collection http://thepiratebay.ee/torrent/4318124/Harry_Potter_Prequel_Postcard Check the earlier comments to be assured these are the best available. Some very slight corrections have been made to earlier files. PDF's are now un-encrypted. RTF's have been compressed to save space and retain summary information that may be lost in file copy. When viewing in Adobe Reader:- To make sure you are seeing the books exactly as the original please check... View -> Page Display-> Two-Up and Show Cover Page During Two-Up are ticked or have a look at the READER SETTINGS.JPG graphic. The RTF's are exactly the same text as the PDF's with inverted comma's having spaces between so - " ' and ' " and ellipsis replacing spaced full stops. Graphics have been replaced with the corresponding text. Use these files to make your own ebook versions (LIT, PDB, LRF, etc.) NOTE:- Fantastic and Quidditch are NOT duplicated to RTF because of the written comments and footnotes, see the PDF's. Beedle the Bard has been rearranged to place the footnotes directly under the paragraph they pertain to. So feel free to pass electronic copies along, just make sure you OWN paper copies yourself. Scanned in the dark by BeB for everyone who has purchased the book and laments the lack of any eBook releases by the Author.
Thanks! I do happen to own the books, it stinks that there are no e-books, just audio books.
Thank you so much for the extra books, corrections, and unencrypted PDFs! I can now annotate the books in my PDF viewer and save directly onto them. Thanks very much!
Great Download!!
I am looking forward for a reference Quality of Complete Twilight Saga - Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, Breaking Dawn and the Twilight Saga Official Guide!

Thank you so much; this is absolutely beautiful!!!
thanks :)
Still I can't believe that someone has to take it upon themselves to do what the publisher should've done YEARS ago. These copies are amazing. I own all the books in print editions US *and* UK, plus I have an e-book reader which make these versions paramount. I'm not trying to make light of what they have done here with these scans. Don't even considering downloading another copy. You'll just annoy yourself more later. Cheers to the uploader/scanner. Thank you.
@BeB very minor but in you missed renaming Chapter 28 The Missing Mirror in the RTF of book 7. Thank you for updating the duplicate chapters. You're freaking awesome btw, your patience astounds me, is it sad that I hope she releases something else just so I can get your release? hahaha
Excellent Torrent BeB1234567!!!!!!!Real fun.....Keep up with the good job!!!!!!!!!!
BeB1234567, what's the best way to contact you to submit corrections for the text?

For now just post corrections here.
I'm just re-reading myself and have two:-
HP2-rtf, CH4, P57, L11 Knock-turn -> Knockturn
hard hyphen that should have been hidden, makes no difference in the pdf version
HP2-rtf, CH8, P127 L6 Italic paragraph should be non-italic in the Kwikspell letter.
Correct in the pdf

BeB1234567: Here's a couple of inaccuracies I've found in the first PDF...
pg numbered 165, "Potters been sent...
Should be: "Potter's been sent...
pg numbered 229, 8th line missing ellipsis and ending double-quotes

Also, I'm really curious. How do you prepare these? Are you doing all of this in MSWord, or LaTeX, or what?

Thanks for the corrections. For some reason I had a lot of trouble with Potter's, Dursleys' and ellipsis with quotes on the end of paragraphs. I've added the corrections to my copies. Keep 'em coming.
MSWord explains the rubbish Drop Caps. I created a chapter template of the same size and margins of the book. Text of the correct size then flows roughly to the end of the chapter. Each paragraph has to be expanded or contracted, sometimes by individual line to match the original kerning.
Each chapter is printed to PDF using a custom setting to ensure JPEG's at 150dpi are not downsized and that fonts are fully embedded so no substitution occurs when viewing on systems without the originals.
My quality criteria were no pixelation in graphics at 200% to give the best trade off against size.
Covers and chapters are then joined into the full book pdf. This allows different page sizes that reflect the original. Bookmarks, links and metadata are added.
Corrections involve editing the chapter DOC and book RTF, printing the doc to pdf, deleting the old chapter and inserting the corrected one in the full pdf and re-linking the bookmark. Easy!

Awesome, thank you. Worked on my stanza ap for the ipod touch. Just had to take the rtf file and change it to plain text, a .txt file, otherwise the single and double quotes became a weird symbol.
FYI, for anyone who's never done this, if you want the title and author to show up, make sure the title is on the third line and the by J.K. Rowling is on the fourth line in the .txt file.

This torrent is monitored. I got a copyright infringement notice forwarded to me by my ISP for the Beedle the Bard stuff.
Thanks! This is great… but for one thing: When loaded on, say, an iPad, the pdf version has the book-end picture as the cover. I can get around this, but would prefer to have that picture removed. Can you upload a version of the books w/out that image in it? Either that or decrypt the pdf :)
WHERE IS THE POSTCARD ??!!
Would you email me...I'd like to get a better idea of how you create these awesome ebooks.
